Terms and Conditions fugi9 — Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and fugi9 ("Company", "we", "Platform"). This document governs all aspects of your use of fugi9.pro and all related services.

By accessing, registering, logging in to, or using any part of the fugi9 platform — whether via web browser, iOS, or Android mobile app — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

To register and use fugi9 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of any country or territory where online gambling is fully prohibited by local law.
• Has never been adjudicated as bankrupt without discharge in any jurisdiction.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person or corporate entity.

• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a public or shared device.

Fugi9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your own account.

Fugi9 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods supported in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX (Instant Payment Service), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 10.
• The maximum deposit limit is subject to the limits set by your chosen payment method and account level.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds.
• Fugi9 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the fugi9 platform and may not be transferred to other users.

Fugi9 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of originating from illegal sources, associated with fraud, or in violation of any payment method's terms of use. In such cases, fugi9 reserves the right to report the activity to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawals from your fugi9 account are subject to the following conditions, established to ensure the security and smooth processing of payments for all players:

• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM 30.

• The standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 3 hours on business days.

• The platform is entirely free from viruses, malware, or other cybersecurity threats.

Under no circumstances shall fugi9, its directors, staff, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, beyond the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Fugi9 reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Multiple account ownership.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Account closure requested by the user themselves.
• Compliance with regulatory authority directives or court orders.

If your account is terminated due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited at fugi9's discretion, particularly where the violation involves fraud or illegal activity. In cases of termination without a violation (such as a self-requested closure), any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Fugi9 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, legal changes, or platform improvements. Any material changes will be communicated to users via:
